Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent this dynamic, friendly and professional firm in Stoke on Trent who due to continued business success are now seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their small payroll team on a PART TiME basis working 3 or 5 days (22.5hrs per week). Previous experience within a similar role, undertaking with full end to end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients ideally within an accountancy practice/bureau environment or experience of processing multiple payrolls.

Your New Role as Payroll Administrator:

Working within a small payroll team undertaking full end to end Payroll processing for weekly/fortnightly monthly/four weekly payrolls for a varied portfolio of both SME and larger clients, using SAGE
Auto enrolment pension processing
RTI
Dealing with SSP/SMP.
Processing of new starters/leavers, P45/P46''s
Liaison with and experience of dealing with HMRC queries
Daily interaction and liaison with clients, employees regarding payroll/tax queries
Software knowledge of ideally of SAGE (training is provided)

Person Specification

Previous payroll processing experience within a similar role processing multi payrolls for monthly/weekly/four weekly ideally within an accountancy/bureau or experience of working multiple payrolls within industry
Confident and friendly communication/telephone manner with clients
Able to work as part of a small and friendly team
