the Bolton area, who are seeking to appoint a Payroll Administrator to join their small payroll team of 6. This position is OFFICE based with one day working from home HYBRID (following training) and ideally requires previous experience within a similar end to end payroll processing role ideally within a bureau or multi interval payroll processing role within Industry.

You will work as of a friendly team processing you client payrolls across a varied client portfolio.

Your New Role As Payroll Administrator:

Working at part of a team providing full end to end payroll processing for weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls using Sage payroll system, being instrumental in the efficient running of the payroll function on behalf of your clients.

Day To Day Duties:

• Assisting with all aspects of payroll processing
• Processing weekly/monthly payslips for clients.
• Preparing payments for BACS.
• RTI filing of necessary FPS & EPS reports.
• Dealing with payroll queries, including manual calculation of SMP, SSP, SAP etc.
• Filing of CIS returns. Dealing with HMRC queries
• Auto enrolment/pensions knowledge to be able to administer and advise on regulations.

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

The Payroll Administrator should possess a high level of attention to detail, be a team player and be able to work on their own initiative with strong payroll processing abilities. You will be joining a friendly payroll team that offers a supportive environment.
