Your new role as the Payroll Assistant:

As the Payroll Assistant, you will support the Payroll manager in the processing of all the monthly payroll tasks.

Key duties include:
• Process new starter information always ensuring legal compliance
• Support the transition of all payroll documents from hard copy to electronic format
• Monitor and review expense claims
• Support the administration of company benefits
• Any adhoc work requested by the HR director

Experience & Qualifications required to apply:

To be considered, you are required to have payroll experience, in particular the use of Sage payroll. You will have excellent communication abilities and impeccable attention to detail skills. In addition, you will be capable of problem solving, possess analytical skills and capable of working well under pressure. You must be able to demonstrate that you are well-organised and possess strong Excel skills.
