Kenton Black Finance are proud to represent this successful professional company in Wilmslow who due to continued business success are now seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Executive/Administrator for an office based or HYBRID role (up to 3 days at home!) on either a FULL TIME OR PART TIME basis. Ideally the successful applicant will possess strong end to end previous payroll experience within a practice accountancy/bureau environment. HOWEVER my client will also consider candidates from a payroll role within industry.

Your New Role as Payroll Executive/Administrator

You will be working as part of a team of 3 undertaking full end to end payroll running your own portfolio of clients of c 100 approx. Monthly payroll only using a system called QTAC (training is provided) No CIS required.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

· End to end payroll weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls on behalf of a number of clients-
Full training provided on in house system
The role will include:

• Calculating and generating payslips and HMRC remittances
• Completion of P11Ds and calculating Class 1A national insurance contributions
• Dealing P45/P46's SMP/SSP and Real Time filing,
• Dealing with correspondence, telephone and email queries from H M Revenue & Customs and clients
• Reviewing tax codes
• Liaising with the Accounts/Tax team
• Working with senior members of the team and partners in identifying payroll issues
• Managing deadlines

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

Previous experience in a similar position is essential as are excellent communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ideally you will possess previous accountancy payroll bureau experience, however industry/bureau experience may be also considered. Previous experience using QTAC is beneficial although not necessary as internal training will be provided to the successful application.
