Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent a professional and friendly firm in Leeds City Centre, who now due to continued business success, are seeking to appoint a HYBRID or OFFICE based Payroll Executive to join their payroll team This position requires previous experience within a similar end to end payroll processing role, undertaking payroll processing for multi payrolls across a varied portfolio of clients, therefore a bureau/accountancy practice background would be advantageous, however candidates with multiple payrolls within industry will also be considered. This role is office or hybrid based role allowing some home working.

Your New Role As Payroll Executive:

You will be working hybrid or office based as part of a friendly payroll team, providing full end to end payroll processing for weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls using Sage 50 payroll systems, efficiently running payrolls on behalf of your own portfolio of clients.

Day To Day Duties:

Full end to end payroll processing - ideally experience of SAGE 50 payroll (training provided)
Processing BACS payments for clients
Setting up of PAYE and auto enrolment pension schemes
Responsible for your own portfolio of client payrolls and working as a team
Dealing with HMRC queries on behalf of clients and RTI
Answering employee queries
Setting up of new payroll clients
Processing of new starters/leavers P45/P46’s, P60’s
SMP/SSP and much more!
