Kenton Black Finance are representing an established professional financial company in Birkenhead, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Executive for an office based role. The successful applicant will possess end to end payroll processing experience within ideally a practice accountancy/bureau environment.

Your New Role as Payroll Executive:

You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a fast moving payroll team dealing with weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via SAGE for c 80 clients (system training provided) This role offers variety and interesting client workload and the opportunity within a stable and established environment.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via SAGE payroll
Full training provided on SAGE payroll system
Auto enrolment pension contributions and updating details with providers
Inputting payroll and creating payslips.
Resolving queries with clients and HMRC
Adding new starters/processing leavers, processing P45/P46's
Dealing with SSP/SMP.
Working through the end of year process
Ad hoc duties as required.

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:
