Kenton Black Finance are proud to work on behalf of a professional and friendly firm in Chapel Allerton, Leeds who are seeking a Payroll Executive to join their growing business. The successful applicant will possess previous end to end payroll processing experience, dealing with multiple client payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis and ideally have some knowledge of accounts (desirable not essential).

This is a full end to end payroll processing role, looking after your own client portfolio as well as offering the potential to undertake some general accounts duties. This role offers the ability to work HYBRID, one day per week at home.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Processing full end to end payroll weekly/monthly payrolls on behalf of a portfolio of varied clients

PAYE, P46/P45/P60's processing

Dealing with payroll client queries

Issuing payslips and payroll correspondence

Liaison with HMRC regarding queries

Processing BACS payments

Dealing with SMP/SSP/SPP

Auto enrolment pension contributions

Knowledge of RTI/Process year end processing (desirable)

The role can also include dealing with accounts duties including sales ledger, purchase ledger, VAT returns etc if desired.
