who due to continued business success, are seeking a Payroll Executive to join their small payroll team of 4. This position offers some HYBRID working and ideally requires previous experience within a similar end to end payroll processing role within a bureau/accountancy or multi interval payroll processing role within Industry.

You will work as of a team processing client payroll across a varied client portfolio. The role is office or hybrid based role, allowing home working for part of the week of up to 1 day at home. The role also offers training for the CIPP professional qualification!

Your New Role As Payroll Executive:

Working at part of a small team, hybrid or office based, providing full end to end payroll processing for a variety of intervals including weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls using both Sage & Moneysoft payroll system, efficiently running the payroll function on behalf of a portfolio of clients.

Day To Day Duties:

Full end to end payroll processing - with ideally experience of either SAGe or MONEYSOFT payroll systems (training can be provided)
Dealing with pensions/auto enrolment
Processing client payrolls and working as a team
Liaison with HMRC, dealing with RTIs
Processing of starters/leavers
ProcessingP45/P46's/P60's
Dealing with employee and client queries
SSP/SMP and more!

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

As Payroll Executive you will previous end to end payroll processing experience and be able to work to deadlines and possess a high level of attention to detail, be a team player and be able to work on your own initiative.
