Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent this friendly, medium size professional firm in the Stafford area who now due to continued expansion are seeking to appoint a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team This position requires previous experience within a similar end to end payroll processing role, undertaking payroll processing for multi payrolls across a varied portfolio of clients, therefore a bureau/accountancy practice background would be advantageous, however my client will consider other industry payroll roles! This role is office based .

Your New Role As Senior Payroll Administrator:

You will be working as part of small and friendly payroll team, providing full end to end payroll processing for weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls using Superpay payroll systems, being instrumental in the efficient running of the payroll function on behalf of your clients.

Day To Day Duties:

Full end to end payroll processing dealing with up to 600 employees over 50+ clients on a weekly/monthly basis- with ideally experience of Superpay payroll systems (training can be provided)
Dealing with BACS payments for clients
Setting up of auto enrolment pension schemes, PAYE schemes
Dealing with client payrolls and working as a team
RTI, HMRC queries on behalf of clients
Dealing with employee queries
Setting up of new payroll clients
Processing of P45/P46’s, P60’s, SSP/SMP,
NIC

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

The successful candidate should ideally possess payroll bureau experience in similar role and a high level of attention to detail, be a team player and be able to work on their own initiative. You will be joining a busy and fast paced team therefore you will possess good time management and organisational skills and be used to working to deadlines..
