Kenton Black Finance are working with a friendly, established professional financial firm in Halesowen, West Midlands due to continued expansion are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Supervisor or Payroll Senior ready for next step for a HYBRID based role. The ideal candidate will possess full end to end payroll processing experience within either a practice accountancy/bureau or inhouse payroll role in another industry, processing high volume payrolls for clients at multiple intervals.

Your New Role as Payroll Supervisor:

You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a team environment, processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle (training is provided) for a varied client portfolio. This role offers a varied and interesting client workload and a supportive, friendly stable team working environment.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle payroll (training provided on system)
Auto enrolment pension contributions
Inputting payroll, resolving client payroll queries
Dealing with HMRC, RTI
Processing new starters/leavers and processing P45/P46's
Dealing with SSP/SMP.

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is a great opportunity for a payroll specialist with c 2yrs previous full end to end payroll processing experience, ideally from an accountancy/bureau background or inhouse payroll processing expertise to join this thriving and supportive professional firm.
