I am working with a leading engineering client to appoint a well-rounded Performance Manager. You will have experience in Utilities, infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects. You will implement and improve performance initiatives across the business, as well as promote a positive, inclusive safety culture. As well as the option to work from the office near St Albans, you will also spend a good deal of time on sites in London, interacting with the client and subcontractors in multiple sectors & projects.
What you'll be doing
Implementing a data-led approach to inform Executive decision-making and enable production control.
Providing structured data that enables effective and visible performance management.
Providing monthly Delivery Performance reports
Production, review and independent assurance of reports
Reporting across the full spectrum of performance measures including Programme, Budget, Quality, Customer, 3rd Party, Supply Chain, Production, Readiness.
Working with delivery and enabling functions to agree on reporting dashboards.
Manage the production and visualisation of data from systems.
Deployment of a controlled suite of Business Intelligence tools to generate reports
Proven experience of working in a performance and production Environment
Understands analytical tools and platforms
Experience in developing a performance reporting framework
Experience working in the Utility sector would be advantageous
QA and Asset Management BSI standard knowledge / Audit background
