Salary: up to £95,000 plus Car Allowance & package

The Company:
Are you a Preconstruction Manager looking for a new role? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual within the Coventry or Oxfordshire area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor, who have been delivering projects for clients within sectors such as Commercial, M.O.D, Healthcare & Leisure.

The Role:
This role will involve being in charge of the pre construction team on a variety of different tenders ranging from single, two stage and framework tenders. You will lead internal and external meetings, review all information from both a bid and design point of view and will be involved in both the pre construction side as well as ensuring the project, once won, gets to site on time with everything in place. Your role will be liaising not only with the pre construction team, but with the site teams as well to ensure project delivery is central to the success of the team.
What we want from you:

• Ideally from a Commercial or Estimating background within the construction industry.
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Live within or commutable to Coventry.
