We are looking for production operators to work within our clients manufacturing department. The role involves operating various machines from product preparation to plasma and surface coatings. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

General everyday responsibilities include:
· Operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
· Working to achieve defined goals and targets
· Working in accordance with the Health and Safety standards
· Ensuring a high-quality product is manufactured
· Proactive attitude and working as a team player
· Willing to contribute ideas in continuous improvement environment

Role requirements:
Experience within a similar role (essential)

Salary: £20-25k dependent upon experience + Shift Allowance 10%
Annual Leave: 25 days, plus Bank Holidays
Working Hours: Week 1 6.00 am – 14.30 pm M-T 06.00 am – 13.30 F Week 2 14.00 pm-midnight M-T
