Here is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Construction to join a Tier 2 Main Contractor based out of Oxfordshire within their state-of-the-art office space.

The client enjoys a c£80 million Turnover and pride themselves on their family run and family-built company and environment. The client specialises in Care Homes in Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

The role:
The role for is an Administrator with a construction background to join a Tier 2 Main Contractor in Oxfordshire within their state-of-the-art office space.

First point of contact in the office - Answering the phone, replying to emails.
Sending candidate interview confirmation
Arranging candidate interviews

Industry research
Updating all our socials
Some PA duties
General adhoc office duties.

To be successful for the role:
Excellent organisational and administrator skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and deliver to deadlines.
Ability to build and develop internal and external relationships.
Be technology savvy with the ability to learn quickly and gain proficiency with sales & marketing software platforms.
Proactive and self-motivated team player.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Good verbal and written English & grammar essential.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
