Project Manager - Contract Role - 60 weeks - Outside IR35 - Leeds Area

Our client, a regional civil engineering contractor is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to help deliver a number of schemes across a framework. The work is valued at just under £4m across a number of schemes, the PM will be responsible for the deliver of the works, method statements, creating the construction phase plans, CDM plans and constructability. You will have a site team with a dedicated manager and engineer delivering the works.
