Construction Project Manager - Coventry - £70,000 + Package

My client are a Main contractor that turns over c£200M from a number of regional offices. Due to a busy project portfolio, they currently have an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join their team working on Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial & Residential based out of their office in the Northamptonshire area.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience of working within a UK main contractor (preferably blue chip) and will have experience of working on tenders with values of £6+ million in any of the following:
• Student Accommodation
• Education
• Healthcare
• Commercial
• Industrial
• Hi-rise Residential.

Salary
• Up To £70,000 + Package
Suitable candidates will have a background in New Builds with top tier main contractors with projects to the value of £5-15m.

The ideal individual will be highly motivated, idea-driven and capable of exceeding expectations. Lateral thinking and highly developed problem-solving abilities should be coupled with a very strong academic or a trade background with a track record of managing projects.
