Build Project Manager - Freelance

A growing and dynamic Main Contractor is currently looking to source a strong Build Project Manager to look after a project based in Knowsley. There are two projects one is a D&B project valued at £12m and will run for 36 weeks, second is a £2m Refurbishment and Fit Out of a number of Units that will run for 36 weeks also.

You MUST have strong main contracting background within the construction industry and ideally you will have worked on Industrial Units or Steel Frame projects.
