North West - covering multiple cleanroom fit out projects
£55-62k + Package
This leading international, multi-disciplinary contractor has an opening for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager in its UK Cleanroom business.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing project teams to ensure the safe delivery of cleanroom fit-out projects on time, within budget, to stated quality and client's satisfaction.

All applicants should have a stable career history and be from a fit-out background, while the following experience and knowledge is expected:

- Cleanroom & Life Science construction and fit-out experience - preferable, although candidates with experience of high
spec Cat A schemes are also encouraged to apply
- Construction methods & technologies
- Measurement & valuation
- Commercial strategy and innovation to maximise profit delivery and cash management
- Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of health & safety and quality procedures
- Preparation and understanding of financial reports

The successful applicant should expect regular travel, covering fast track schemes across the region.
