they are a leading specialist in the Industrial, Logistics, Retail Park and related sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years' experience within a main contractor and will be qualified to a minimum of a HNC

You will be looking after a number of new sites and your duties will consist of:

+ Final accounts
+ Sub-contractors tendering
+ Sub -contractors payment
+ Cost plans
+ Valuations
+ Variations
+ Cost reporting
