Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a manufacturing organisation in the Morecambe area as they seek to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. Your New Role as Purchase Ledger Clerk:

Working in a small and friendly team, as Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report directly to the Finance Director taking ownership of the Accounts Payable ledger. Specific duties will include:

• Processing invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Managing the supplier statement schedule for monthly payment runs
• Credit card analysis and reconciliation
• Collating and reviewing expenses for authorisation
• Processing ad hoc payments as required

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

To be considered for this Purchase Ledger Clerk role, you will be proven in a purchase ledger position comfortable with volumes in the region of approximately 350 invoices monthly. You will be forward thinking with good problem solving skills and the ability to quickly pick up new/bespoke systems.


This Purchase Ledger Clerk position offers excellent autonomy and you will receive a level of training and ongoing support from the Finance Director to ensure a smooth transition into your new role, ensuring there is opportunity for skills development and career progression.
