Having operated for over 45 years, they are now seeking to employ a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time (35.25 hours) and permanent basis (flexible hours).

Your New Role as the Purchase Ledger Assistant:

As the Purchase Ledger Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:-

? To ensure all invoices received are logged on receipt
? Invoice and Credit Notes logging and coding
? To control invoice posting on return with authorisation at correct level
? Deal with supplier queries
? Ensure that all invoices are filed/scanned accurately
? Answer Management Account/Plant queries as needed.
? Supplier reconciliation

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a flexible approach and excellent communication and analytical skills.
