Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a privately owned, service based organisation on the Fylde Coast. This business are seeking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is the perfect opportunity for a methodical and driven individual looking for their next challenge in the finance industry. This a full time, office based role.

Your new role as the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

As their new Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report directly to the Financial Controller.

Key duties include:

• Matching a high volume of daily invoices to purchase orders
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Knowledge of Payment processing via BACS and cheque
• Investigating purchase ledger queries and resolving any queries
• Bank reconciliations

Experience & Qualifications required to apply:

To be considered, you must possess experience in a similar role and preferably will have started your AAT studies or be fully AAT qualified. You will have excellent communication abilities and impeccable attention to detail skills. In addition, you will be able to prioritise your workload and be capable of working well to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, especially Excel will also be required.
