£70k plus package

We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a top residential groundworker who have recently opened an East Midlands region to cover projects located throughout Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

The business is privately owned and has 40 years trading history. The new region is a result of a sustained period of growth for the business who are now turning over in the region of £80m per annum and boast a wide range of national housebuilders as clients.

They are keen to speak to Quantity Surveyors or Senior Quantity Surveyors with a background working for groundworks contractors, ideally with past experience working in the residential groundworks sector and are flexible in terms of salary and package dependent on the candidates experience.

• Up to £70,000 basic salary dependent on candidate experience
