Quantity Surveyor

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a utility biased civil engineering contractor with years of experience and expertise across the industry. They work nationally for several cliental and are a part of several major frameworks. Specialising in water/wastewater civils; clean water, wastewater pipework’s, water frameworks, EV charging and small civil engineering works such as concrete structures, retaining walls and footpaths. They have an impeccable reputation and a workbook full for the next 3 years!

Duties and responsibilities
• Writing reports detailing costs and progress for internal/external use
• Ensure that the delivery of projects is commercially and contractually carried out
• Ensure the profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of projects within the division
• Undertake cost to complete / budget reviews with the contract delivery teams

The candidate
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in Quantity Surveying
• The ability to demonstrate a good understanding of NEC forms of contract
• Experience within the Civils Industry is desirable
