Leeds Office – Covering Yorkshire Region

£45k - £55k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with my Client an established Sub-Contractor covering the Yorkshire Region on various civils and groundworks schemes and mapping out work projections for the year so far, they are looking to grow their commercial team.

The first of these roles will be for a Quantity Surveyor to cover General civils and infrastructure, Roads and Sewers, Access Roads, Groundworks for Commercial Projects. The client will consider candidates who are newly qualified with placement experience on site or a candidate with 2-5 years’ experience working for a similar Sub-Contractor.

Duties:
• Cost management
• Sub-Contract management
• Measures
• Variation
• Take offs
• Pricing work
• Some estimating

The Candidate
• Relevant Quantity Surveying Experience for a Civils/Groundworks Sub-Contractor
• Able to work from Leeds office and travel to sites in the Yorkshire Region
• Working Knowledge of NEC Contracts
