Quantity Surveyor High-End Refurb and Fit-Out Main Contractor
£45k - £55k (Plus package)

The Company:
Client is a leading high-end refurb and fit-out main contractor with a well-established reputation for their ability to deliver a high-quality service. Their work ranges from some of the most exclusive commercial and retail projects across the nation.
The currently turnover £160 million a year and are projected to turnover £300 - £350 million over the next 5 years due to planned growth and expansion. The role is to support the existing Commercial Team gearing up for multiple contracts starting up in September.
The role:
Assist in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids, and tenders to demanding timescales.
Assist in the development of the procurement programme.
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment to the Client/Client’s representative.
Prepare monthly valuation reports.
Submit invoices for certified value and ensure payments are received on time.
Value and authorise payments to sub-contractors.
Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project specification and requirements.
Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary, building relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Monitor the contract progress, assess, and report any changes that may affect project costs and or time scale.
To be successful for the role:
You will need to possess the following:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a fast track fit out scheme (8 – 12-week schemes).
Experience within Retail Fit-Out.
Main Contractor Experience.
Full UK Driver’s License.
Hotel Experience (Bonus).
