We have an excellent for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK construction industries largest and most successful contractors. This opportunity falls within a division which focuses or minor civils works that includes highway maintenance, public realm, streetlighting, cycle paths and other civils elements that forms essential infrastructure within the community.

Based from their Birmingham offices this business unit has a constant flow of work with a robust pipeline. It is also a very profitable area of the wider business featuring good margins and strong partnerships with Local Authorities and Private Clients.

Criteria:
• Main contractor background
• Similar project experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Commutable to Lincoln
• Able to run own projects

On Offer:
• In the region of £48,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Company car / allowance
• Company benefits package
