The company work nationally and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work out of their western region (Birmingham / Gloucester / Worcester & Cheltenham).

• Residential Groundworks Packages
• Foundations to speculative & social housing projects, related 278 works, roads & sewers.

The Role:
The client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take on the commercial responsibility for various projects based in the Western Region.
Your role will be to oversee the commercial side of projects working closely with the commercial manager for the region. You will be overseeing 4/5 projects at any given time.
