QUANTITY SURVEYOR – MAIN CONTRACTOR - FIT OUT

My client is an Award-winning contractor within Industrial Fit Out. They are presently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with some experience on large schemes to undertake a variety of commercially focussed duties on a project due to be awarded, valued at £40million.

Types of Projects:
· Industrial Fit Out
· M&E Packages
· Industrial Warehouse/ Sheds

About the Job:
· Wisbech
· Site based
· 9-12 months contract
· £300-£350 (DOE) – Outside IR35

Experience needed:
· Knowledge of Cost-Plus contracts
· Large schemes
· Food & Beverage Fit Out knowledge (preferred)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to enhance their career within a top contractor. You will be responsible for valuations, variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors and dealing with the client daily.
