Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering – Highways & Structure

The ideal candidate will:
• Have a Highways contracting background.
• NEC option 4 contract experience.
• 2 or more years of experience quantity surveying

My client is a leading private civil engineering contractor, established over 65 years and continuing to build a strong reputation with an ever-growing turnover of £35million. They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Midlands and progress within the company due to a strong pipeline of work.

Types of Projects:
• Concrete Reinforcement/Repairs
• Highways maintenance

Locations of work:
• West Midlands

Daily Rate if Freelance:
• Daily rate of up to £350 per day LTD

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to secure a long-term contract with an excellent long-standing contractor. You will be responsible for variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors and will be used to working with NEC contracts & dealing with the client daily.
