Quantity Surveyor – Surfacing

Our client is a national contractor operating within the Surfacing sector - Working on various tendered schemes around the UK. They are looking to Recruit a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their existing teams due to increased workload.

About the role
• MUST have experience in Surfacing & highways.
• Projects across England.
• Their clients include housing developers and their groundworks subcontractors, various local authority frameworks, many JV’s on major highways schemes, and some smaller private works too.
• Typical Project Values: - 10K- 11M.
• Traditional QS Duties.
• Reports to the MQS.

Salary / Package
• Up to £60k, ideally £55k
• £5k c/a + mileage for travel
• Pension 5% + 5%
• 25days + 8 BH
• WFH predominantly, once a month day at office in Derbyshire. Can work from localised quarries / depots if required.
