The biggest intermodal logistics firm in the UK is looking for a Senior Property Manager/Contracts Manager or even Engineering/FM Manager; basically someone who is confident in maintaining multiple commercial and industrial sites and building a team to support this.

The job covers the midlands region - between Northampton and Leicester. Your remit is six sites directly and over forty sites UK wide.

As you can probably guess from the many job titles listed, the importance of culture fit in this business is almost as essential as having the skills to fulfil the role. In a sector where delivery is everything - experience and confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and projects and most importantly, DRIVE, is integral to your success in this extremely fast-paced organisation.

Hard Skills:
Familiar with and comfortable managing in-house maintenance teams
Highly responsive and flexible multi-tasker
A good technical background and the ability to quickly identify, assess and solve a wide range of FM/property issues

Soft Skills:
Self starter but able to work as part of a team
Effective relationship manager and persuasive communicator
Organised yet highly flexible
Problem solver focussed on outcomes
