Sales and Account manager (B2B)
This is a permanent opportunity paying negotiable salary, car allowance plus bonus
Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to a consumer product testing laboratory based in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to sales enquiries coming in to the laboratory
Provide quotations and on-boarding new customers
Responsible for building and maintaining external customer relationships
Identify new sales opportunities
Ensure client project paperwork is returned and completed in a timely manner
Provide a high level of internal and external customer care
To undertake price reviews and annual renegotiation of commercial agreements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in working with sales oriented role, account management, customer service role.
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & PPT
Excellent presentation, communication and written skills
Excellent experience time management
Experience in working within target driven environment
Ability to successfully present information regarding company services to the clients
Must have full UK driving license
