Kenton Black Finance are working in partnership with a reputable and established business in the Knowsley area who have been operating for over 50 years and who pride themselves on the service they provide their customers. They now seek to appoint a Sales Ledger Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis due to business growth and internal promotion.
Your New Role as the Sales Ledger Clerk:
As the new Sales Ledger Clerk, you will report directly to the Finance Manager. The duties will be as follows:
- Ensuring sales invoices are raised and sent in an accurate and timely manner
- The processing and allocation of payments received onto ledger
- Assist in setting up new accounts
- Reconcile and upload client valuations
- Communicating with clients and internal/external customers to resolve queries
- Assisting with the resolution of aged debt queries
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience of maintaining a sales ledger. Proven experience and skills working with Microsoft office with intermediate or above skills in Excel. A strong commitment to high quality customer service and the ability to work well within a team as well as alone, showing initiative and prioritisation.
