Job Title: Sample Preparation Team Leader
Location: Cambridge, UK

Responsibilities:

Ensuring workloads are processed within the team to meet timescales determined by customers and the business
People management responsibility for the team on a day to-day-basis i.e. sickness, back to work interviews, annual leave and productivity, task allocation/prioritisation.
Sample preparation, as required
Maintaining and monitoring lab section due lists and ensuring samples are reported in a timely manner
Maintain divisions internal TAT target(s)
Principal responsibility for resolutions and decisions within the team to resolve day to day issues
Monitoring and ensuring quality control in compliance with laboratory quality systems

Experience:

1-3 years Team Leader/People Management skills
Highly Organised
MS Office – Intermediate
CRM (Desirable)
Problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
