Our well established client in Burton on Trent have an excellent opportunity for a hands on supervisory Team Leader within their goods in/sample reception department

Goods In Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring all of the incoming deliveries are processed in a timely fashion and accurately tracked.

This role exists in a demanding and busy environment , therefore previous experience is essential.

As the postholder, you will review distribution schedules, investigate any issues and ensure daily targets are met.

To be successful in this role, the following skills experience are required
Previous Hands - On Team leader experience
Able to manage motivate a small team - leading by example
Able to work in a physical environment
Good IT and computer skills
Organised
Approachable

As well as experience of working in a busy environment, you will have the ability to follow processes, excellent planning and time management skills.

You will also be someone who can drive change and improvements in a fast moving industry.
