Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to a global laboratory that provides clinical diagnostic testing services. Our client is looking to hire a sales and marketing manager who will be responsible for managing all business development activities and manage marketing and sales team.
This is a home based role.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and leading sales and marketing team for the B2C division
Manage all sales and business development activities in order for the division to deliver on budgetary commitments Actively seek out opportunities for further revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing and future company stakeholders by understanding and meeting their needs and objectives.
Responsible for creating marketing and field sales activities
Ensure processes that support staff development and individual performance management exists by agreeing objectives and supporting through coaching and mentoring on a daily basis.

Candidate background:
My client is ideally looking for a senior business development manager who has previously worked within medical services, products sector or healthcare sector. They need to have excellent knowledge in UK Pathology market
Essential
Degree in Science or equivalent
Proven experience in team management
Previous experience in P&L and project management
long track record of developing and transforming business relationships into tangible sales
Strong commercial ability and awareness
