Role Description: As a GC Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our analytical team, contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely results through Gas Chromatography (GC) analysis. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and analysts to ensure that our clients receive precise data to make informed decisions. Your expertise in GC instrumentation and methodologies will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our analytical services.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and complex GC analyses on a variety of samples, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot GC instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and accurate results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sample workflow and data interpretation.
• Participate in the development and validation of new GC methods, staying current with advancements in analytical technology.
• Document and communicate analytical findings accurately, preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, following all relevant safety protocols.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with GC instrumentation and analytical techniques in a commercial laboratory
• Strong understanding of chromatographic principles, method development, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data analysis software and ability to interpret complex analytical data.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.
