£65-£110k depending on experience & role

We're extremely excited to be working with this leading international consultancy as they look to add a senior cost professional to their Public Sector focused team.

We're keen to hear from people from Senior Cost Manager right up to Partner level, and the role will suit a self-sufficient individual with excellent organisational skills and good bid writing experience. The ideal candidate will have good cross sector experience, ideally in the following areas - healthcare, residential, education, infrastructure, leisure, regeneration, historical buildings and will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.

Candidates should meet the following criteria -

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
Strong technical delivery experience
MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
Ability to successfully manage a range of projects in a proactive and diligent manner
Feasibility and cost planning experience
Pre and Post contract experience of a variety of schemes
Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation, and post contract services
Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
Able to build long-term relationships
Previously employed by a consultancy, end user client or local authority
Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts
A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic, and ambitious
