Senior Design Manager - Permanent - Midlands – c.£90k plus package

Are you a Senior Design Manager looking for a new challenge with a huge construction firm? You have an exciting opportunity to join a national main contractor operating across the commercial build sector. Due to an increased workload across the Midlands, you’ll be expected to work on project across the whole of the region.

The Senior Design Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background who has experience of working on industrial/logistic type projects.

Professionally recognised qualifications
Design management experience with a main contractor
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
Commercial awareness
