This opportunity is a Senior Design Manager position for the Build arm of the business, this role will be to cover projects within 1 hour of Borehamwood

Professionally recognised qualifications
Design management experience with major contractor
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
Commercial awareness
