This opportunity is a Senior Design Manager position for the Build arm of the business, this role will be to cover projects within Berkshire.

• Professionally recognised qualifications
• Commercial build experience
• Design management experience with major contractor
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
• Commercial awareness
