The Company:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Nuneaton area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

My client enjoys a c£150 million turnover out of the Nuneaton area with projects ranging from £2 Mil - £50 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & Car Showrooms.

About The Role:
As a Senior Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:
Creating and understanding specifications.
Building relationships with clients.
Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
Reporting and working closely with the Director

About You:
Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
Understanding and creating specifications.
Experience working on New Build & similar projects.
Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating.
Great technical knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Live in or commute to the Nuneaton Area.
