Our client currently has an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple residential groundworks sites experience.

This is a growth opportunity due to the business recently winning a number of large projects. The role will be a mixture of site based and office based from their Midlands region in Redditch, Worcestershire. They are very keen to speak to candidates who will be able to hit the ground running, have strong background in measuring and pricing s278's.

The business is privately owned, with over 40 years trading history and experience delivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects that includes roads & sewers, groundworks, piling and temporary piling mats, attenuation, soakaways, swales and balancing ponds, retaining and screen wall, section 278 works and section 38 works.

The company will consider candidates who are interested in both PAYE or direct freelance (outside IR35).

On Offer (PAYE):
• £80,000 basic salary (this figure is negotiable dependent on experience)
