Senior Quantity Surveyor- Coventry/ Northampton
Up to £70,000+ Package

Kenton Black is currently recruiting for an experienced SQS on behalf of our client, a respected construction company who operate in East Midlands. Common schemes are Commercial, Industrial, and high rise with average values between £15 million-£30 million.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in Quantity Surveying with project values up to £7million with the proven skill set to ensure the job is performed to the highest standards.
Duties:
- Final accounts.
-Analysing sub-contractor's quotations.
-Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control.
-On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required.
-Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure.
-Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
-Experience in managing a team.

The Package
Salary up to the value of £70,00
Car allowance or company car, health care, pension, and 25 days holiday.
