Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location – Birmingham

Company details and job overview:

This company is a regional subcontractor which specialises in Earthworks and Remediations. They are a growing company who produce an annual turnover in excess of £15million. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and grow within the company.

Salary and benefits:

• £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.

Your new role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager. You will be a part of a team with the objective of carrying out all commercial duties in relation to cost management.

Experience/attributes required for a Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Experience using both NEC and JCT forms of contracts.
• Earthworks remediation experience.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or relevant subject.
• UK driver’s license.
