The company work nationally and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work throughout the Midlands.

• Residential Groundworks Packages
• Foundations to speculative & social housing projects, related 278 works, roads & sewers.

The Role:
The client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on the commercial responsibility for various projects based in the Western Region.

Your role will be to oversee the commercial side of projects working closely with the Commercial Manager & Commercial Director for the region. You will be overseeing 4/5 projects at any given time.

You will also be responsible for the management on Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.
