SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – GROUNDWORKS

Types of Projects:
• Commercial and Industrial Groundworks projects.
• Foundations, Deep and Shallow Drainage, Retaining Walls, Piling, Hardstanding’s and External Works
• 2-3 projects running at any one time.

Locations of work:
• West midlands
• Birmingham

Contract:
• Full time

Daily Rate if Freelance:
• Daily rate of up to £400 per day LTD

My client is an ever-growing Civil engineering and Groundwork’s contractor, privately owned. They are presently looking for an experienced Groundworks Quantity Surveyor to undertake a variety of commercially focussed duties on Groundwork’s schemes.

You will be responsible for Tendering, variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors, final accounts and dealing with the client daily. If you are already capable of managing your own schemes from start to finish, then you will be perfect for this role.
