The company are looking to take on an experienced quantity surveyor to take on the commercial responsibility for their residential groundworks projects in and around Northamptonshire.

Project Types Include:
• Residential Groundworks Packages
• Foundations to speculative & social housing projects, related 278 works, roads & sewers.

The Role:
The client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take on the lead commercial responsibility for various projects based in Northamptonshire.

Your role will be to oversee the commercial side of projects working closely with the commercial manager for the region. You will be overseeing 4/5 projects at any given time.

You will be responsible for the training and development of Assistant and Intermediate Quantity surveyors who will report directly to you.

You will work closely with the Commercial Director for the commercial responsibilities on the projects.
