Are you ready to take the next step in your career and work for a well-established contractor based in south Birmingham and keen on being a Commercial Manager? I am currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work directly with the Managing Director and Operations Director across the Midlands, on multiple sites, managing all surveying and estimating for this growing business.

My client is a civil engineering business who work throughout the Midlands on schemes up to the value of £1m, that includes, roads, 278 works, hard landscaping and lots of public realm works. The majority of their works are as a subcontractor working for various main contractors on long standing frameworks and some individual projects.

The role itself will be a dual role, that will see the right person price works up as well as run the whole commercial function from conception through to completion, as well as this they would be assisting with business development and pushing the business forward.

On offer would be lucrative package, as well as the opportunity to lead the commercial function of a business looking to grow.
